Dogfight is a modular, platform-agnostic targeting-assistance system for drones. Its current prototype runs on a Raspberry Pi 4 and uses embedded AI inference to process camera data, detect and track targets, and assist the operator through an integrated aiming interface.
Current development
The team is developing a LiDAR-based rangefinder and a radio-independent safety-pin mechanism, with reliability and operational safety treated as core system requirements. The initial class architecture is complete and the codebase is being prepared for a move to C++.
Dogfight was featured in the July 2026 update from Defense Tech for Ukraine.
